Calculations run on your device. What you type is not sent or stored.

DeCA

When you press “Generate the DeCA”, the PDF is built in your browser and downloaded. The Spanish rules (Resolution of 5 June 2026) require the officer to be able to open it at a web address, so:

• A copy is stored at deca.stowhand.com (servers in the European Union), at a random address that is not listed anywhere.
• Only the file is stored, without your IP address.
• It is deleted automatically after one year.
• We only open it if needed: if you ask us, for a technical problem, for possible misuse or if an authority asks for it.
• The delivery note and the photos you attach go inside the same PDF.
• “Save in my address book” without an account keeps the data only in your browser.

Keeping the document for one year is the duty of the shipper and the carrier: keep the file that is downloaded.

Account

It is voluntary. If you create one:

• We store your email (and your name if you sign in with Google), the date you signed up and the date of your last visit.
• We store what you save: address book, DeCAs, consignment notes and your company logo.
• A technical cookie keeps you signed in for one year. It is not used for advertising. More in Cookies.
• With Google we receive your email, name and photo; never your password. With email, the code is sent by our provider Resend.
• Everything is on Cloudflare servers in the European Union. It is not sold or passed on.
• You can correct or delete your data, and the whole account, from My account.

Advertising

This site is funded by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.
• You can opt out of other vendors’ cookies at youronlinechoices.com.

Statistics

• Cloudflare Web Analytics (not loaded for visitors from the European Union): page viewed, where you came from, device type and country. No cookies, and you are not identified.
• Our own counter: while a page is open, it tells our server which page it is, with a random number that is gone when you close it. No cookies, no IP; deleted after 30 minutes. Daily totals are also kept: pages viewed and where visits come from.

Legal basis and your rights

Advertising and third-party statistics rest on your consent. Account data rests on the service you ask for when you sign up, and it is deleted when you delete the account. You can ask for access, correction or erasure by writing to [email protected], and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or to the data protection authority of your country.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 14.
